I would place Kalista in A. She is one of the ADC that can buy Hurricane and push extremely fast. Her ulti airbornes the enemies by bringing closer /in fight her supp (lovely with a tank). So yeah, I do believe she is way better than the other champs from her current (B) tier.

While yes, kalista is better then most of those B tier picks I think that she isn't good enough to be an A tier pick since those champions just overshadow her and she's really reliant on a good support (more than any other ADCX). She's definitely high B tier tho.

I gotta say... you really dont understand varus if you're basing his worth on poke and base damage. Varus is a good pick in both pro play and solo q because he is allowed to farm safely, have a 20 second chain cc on demand in the lategame and build diversity. Varus can take advantage of nearly every marksman and assassin mythic due to their reaction with his w passive and q ad ratio. Varus's damage is not low, in fact vs nearly every adc except those like Kalista, Draven and lucian he will absolutely win the short trade. Even managing to get 2 stacks of blight and a q regardless of strength is an immense amount of damage with little risk to actually proc it due to the range of q and the potential to proc the blight stacks with your ult and e. Varus us a champ that excels in the mid game but has a comfortable early and late game with all build paths, due to the fact his standard combo revolves around getting 3 blight stacks and applying 25 percent missing health damage with a 2.5 ad ratio hes a solid tank buster as well as pick champ. Hes a better version of Ashe in the mid game too since his cc is on a far lower cooldown and is significantly faster.

literally what i came to type. but I'm happy people underastimate Varus. I mean Varus is pretty difficult to carry with, but he aint that weak

Most of his damage is only relevant if he's going lethality in all honesty, and for that he needs a good early game (laning phase) to actually get to a stage where he'll do well. In this current meta he actually deserves B tier tbh since he has a 48% winrate and loses to every meta champion right now. I don't main Varus, heck i don't play too much ADC, but from my experience I don't think varus is that strong of a pick, you can give me all the stats you want it's clearly not showing in Solo Q.

Varus is the most playd adc in lol esport atm that has to mean his prety good dont you think?

Ziggs may not be the very best APC out there, but he is by far one of the most annoying. At least in my opinion.

Oh 100% he's the most annoying, but he did get hit in the newest patch, but again these are my predictions, I am starting to think he might stay in the A tier after all.

Just move up up, beats all short ranged carries post level 9, they pretty much can't do anything after .

All of the S tier champions preform better and beat ziggs at most stages of the game. He's definitely high A tier and beats most champions below and with him.

Ezreal imo is no longer S+ tier, after the divine sunderer nerfs he got hit hard, yasuo defo deserves a higher place (at least A), senna is S/S+ if fasting, vayne is also either S/S+ tier, she has a good early game considering how hard she scales, kog'maw is only good with lulu tbh

Yasuo, Senna and vayne are all entirely match up dependant, and yasuo doesn't have many good matchups, and even in his 'good' matchups he needs to land his 3rd Q to trade well or force an all in. Senna, in my opinion, is absolute dog trash in the early game and only does well with her Kraken slayer build. Vayne only does well early if her support can provide pressure so she can farm securely. Ezreal is still broken when he gets 2-3 items because the nerfs to divine sunderer did affect him, but what makes him broken is his tankiness and damage output with sunderer + manamune. Kog maw has go early game because of his w, giving him poke and a safe way to farm. His mid game is really good and so is his late game. He does well with basically every support, if its a early game aggro sup like pyke or blitz it'd be the same case with vayne, he farms while his support pressures, or an enchanter, who can help him sustain and farm. Lulu is just the IDEAL enchanter, doesn't mean he can't do well with others.

IDK what skill level are we using as reference. I mean corki can be god tier on high elo while yasuo on the botlane is S++++ on low elo

Corki being good in high elo is not true, since most high elo adc players know how to beat a corki since he's not exactly the best adc rn. And yasuo in 'low-elo' isn't exactly the best as well. I base this tier list on my own experience and surveying the meta in all regions of the game.

fair enough, I saw yasuo getting some success on Bronze on my region (yasuo+yumi), and his kit with windwall and etc is actuallly quite good

If you're good with yasuo, you can make it work, because his windwall and passive help him out a lot, but right now even those factors isn't enough to help him out.

I don't really see him around too much, but he IS a prominent bot pick, so I'll add him.

I got D2 with him. He is better than most of the other APC's

Swain is a great ADC/bot carry but my problem is swain supports getting auto-filled adc taking spell thief's and the wrong runes

i think kalista should move up shes improved a lot and next patch suppose to be better bcs of mobility creep being nerfed so no darius dashing her down. she also gains popularity again. for xayah idk the 20 dmg on q wont save her she needs cd reduction on her ult.

Although Kalista is showing a small comeback, she is nowhere near A tier, buffs would do her well.

sadly they cant buff her, the kit is just too broken and does too much to be buffed without exploding into itself and proplay, allthough a tahm kench style rework would do her well, maybe shift her passive to her w with her stacking jumps based on spears she lands so she can be still mobile but not broken in kiting, also prob needs to be less reliant on engage supports for her ult to work. tbh the ghost is so nerfed its basicly useless.

You're definitely right with the rework idea. I think shifting her power would be great and would open up new playstyles and builds. I think Corki could use a small rework aswell, since his kit is so dull.

corki has the same problem as kalista and my own main taliyah, to much power in certain abilities and to little in others, which pro players can abuse while most soloq players think theire useless.

I'm pretty sure Corki runes Conqueror and rushes manamune, but not really sure about the rest. His playstyle is very much like a typical scaling adc, not playing aggro, CSing etc.

Surely Ezreal should be in atleast S tier with the buffs from last patch? also I think the Draven Buffs are pretty big but I dont really know how much it'll effect him :)

I would have to think about Ezreal before moving him to such a high tier, but I definitely think he can get there, but I think I'll wait and see. As for Draven, he's getting some pretty good buffs to his AD and scaling on his Q, so he's essentially the best early game adc atm.
