Oh man, I forget sometimes that Quinn is technically an ADC. I feel like I never see her, and when I do she's like Jungle or Mid or something. Curious, why does Ezreal get an entire tier all on his own? What makes him *that* special? And why are champs like Jhin, Draven, and Kai'sa so low?

U can make an argument that varus should be their instead, but basically what happened is that ezreal has been over buffed because of the removal of kleptomancy, the champion has only recieved buffs after buffs, with some minor ap nerfs that really did nothing. So with other adcs being nerfd over and over again, it kinda left ezreal in a isolated area, where if you are a perfect challenger level ezreal you just so much work on this champion with amazing scaling and mobility making you impossible to kill

This tier is just not fair. Only is in S+ tier where all others are placed in very low tier. In this patch, is the most powerful adc as well as in this season 10. adc can be easily take out with champions like , , , , etc. I don't know why you put her in the S tier which is totally unfair.
And , , are always OP but you still placed them in lower tier which doesn't even makes any sense.
If you don't believe me see all youtube videos and other players tier list and even league of legends pro players.
Sorry I got raged, I couldn't control it after seeing this tier list.

There is more to the game than win rates you read on stat websites.

I didn't talk about win rates here. I talked about their potential. has been nerfed so he can't be in S+ tier for sure. is not worth for an adc role. If I buy Magic resist in beginning she couldn't do much after that. She finds it difficult to farm in laning phase in the beginning because she requires a lot of mana to farm she can't do damage without her abilities and also she has a longer cooldown. Once she uses them it's easy to take her out. And even we can dodge her abilities once we dodged her abilities you can punish her so bad especially champions like , , etc has mobility and they can kill her in ease. Without a Powerful and skilled support she can't survive the lane. I better suggest that don't go with bot. And you missed placed all champions in wrong tier. deserves more than that.

Someone clearly did not watch this years worlds or high elo games : P Syndra adc has been kicking butt for ages, and most high elo adcs say it's easier to win games as mages than it is to win as traditional marksman

I personally believe it comes from the fact, mages can create plays pretty easily compared to marksman.

I have no idea why did you put Jhin, Kog and Twitch that low. Maybe they don't have strong early, but a fact is every of them are monsters in late game. To everything else i agree, good job :d
