-PLEASE UPVOTE IF YOU THINK IM RIGHT -
Some people just ask me a tier list for LoL, so i did it !
Here are my critiria :
- Laning phase
- Duel power (1v1)
- farming/depush
- Can easly take the game by himself/herself (champ)
- Advantage with runes
- Etc.
The fact is some champion are better than the other when you mix-up all that criteria (for me).
Exemple : Ryze have everything said before so he is ahead for me.
Of course, Tier list are subjective so, don't slap me if you think that my tier-list is sh*t !
ps: This is a "general" tier-list, so you will see the champion by the critiria mentionned just before, not by "roles" or anything else.

Patch 10.5 comments :
-ABOUT CHAMPIONS CHANGES-
- I don't think the changes will move any champ in tier for now BUT, care about Sona reverting (hello laners) and Sivir late buff seems to be very strong aaaand Kayn passiv.
- Sett need to be nerfed on his W / passif for me so i think he wont move for his base stats nerfing.
- I want to see Kaisa poke-supp on his W's up !
- Waiting to test out some games for Neeko (she might be taking a rank with that +0.2 ratio on his E MAYBE)
- ABOUT "JUNGLE" CHAMP-
Darius / Mordekaiser and Poppy should be """good""" now with thoses up now. Need to test out but well, that won't make them up in a "general tier-list".
- ABOUT TOPLANE CHANGES-
- For the general tier-list it's simple : The ranged champions on toplane are "NERFED" (only for "plates" so for "gold" advantage if you kill your opponent), they want to have more melee, so care about that.
- Theses UP on BotRK & Hydras are really insane, consider all champions using thoses items (plus the previous patch on bami's users) getting a really GOOD HELP.

Hello To***AWAII,
Well for me Aurelion Sol WAS really strong a long time ago (before = pushing the lane with his W+passiv was OP Asf*ck with no counter to it) but now he is still under the other midlaners (for me ofc). I don't take the "OTP" things in my criterias but just the "equal level of people" by champions. Plus, his counters take up (Diana for exemple).
For Ezreal, i know that ProTeams or highElo take him for being safe at bot but still, he is less stronger than the other ADC (cuz klepto is out). I didn't say that Ez is "useless" or "bad" (that's why i used quotations marks in my rank C Tier) but when you see MF/Xayah/Kaisa.etc above that make him really """weak""" and dependant of the enemy team-compo.
I still think about them and move them to Tier 6 "can be s" but well.. idk.
PS: I don't know what you meant for "penetrate" with the spells. I know that they can apply effect but "penetrate"?
Anyway, thanks for your reply, i'll think about it and do more tests-games for them.

Well, they buff him each patches for no reasons that's why he is "S+" for me, sadly. I don't know why they keeping buffing him... but yeah it's "funny" i guess :P
