Maybe in 2017, she's F rn. You dare to put Taliyah into S and Heimerdinger & Veigar into the C? This Tier List is a complete miss. You have a - from me, but keep contributing the community anyways. Best regards!
First off my tier lists are graded upon the following.
-One trick reliability. (could you have a high win rate in challenger one tricking this)
-Win rates and pick rates off LoL alytics information
-Pro Play viability and pick rates
-Interviews with Master+ players and respectable diamond one tricks who have a influx of information on specific subjects.
Now onto your concerns, Talon is an amazing champion, keep note that being in A still means you are a very very good champion. But being in S, basically means in gamer logic. "I pick this champion and i Basically won the game because I pick this champion". Talon will almost never be S tier, due to the fact, very compentant support players, hard core counter him. Ever tried playing talon against a very good Janna player? Let me tell you, assassinating becomes impossible at that point. And janna is not the only support who does this. SOrraka, Braum, Nautlist, Lulu, the list goes on. Fact is, good support players, HARD counter Talon, and if they have a tank jungler like rammus, than your life as the talon becomes hell. Talon is a great champion, but the fact he is an AD lethality, single target focused assassin, greatly holds him back.
Zoe, frankly i'm surprised this shocks you, when Zoe has become consistently one of the best mid laners in the game for a while now. But perhaps you are in lower elo where players do not know how to pilot her correctly. But if you go to a quick trip to u.gg start her at gold, you will see she has a 50 percent win ratio, and if you than upgrade it to plat to than diamond to than masters, it lierally gets better and better within each elo the higher you go. She is a very hard to play champion, so perhaps you just don't get to see what good Zoe players do. Since patch 9.4 she has consistently been in top 10 for most picked mid laners in pro play, and the insane damage and level of solo carrying Zoe can do is just out of this world.
Taliyah is the same story, and has rissen back to top tier a while ago, while she may not be seen in pro play, she has completely come back in top high tier solo q.
Heimerdinger and Veigar have also been lack luster champions for a while now with almost no true winning match ups, while offering very little to team fights once it's time for team fighting. Neither champion has seen pro play viability in over a year now in mid lane, and both have beyond low play rates, and very mediocore win rates.
These tier lists are backed up by data and interviews, and are taken very seriously. I'm a proper for hire coach and have to keep these lists constantly updated, so I can coach people and teams properly, and I can assure none of this information is biased as I go as far to have very high elo people review them before I make any major changes.
