Other than Ludens, just give him a gargoyle/warmogs for tankiness or slap him some cc invulnerability.
Personally, I did it first with a gunblade before getting myself the ludens (This meant Nunu had no overkill damage, which led him to a 52k damage fight on stupidly early rounds).
Once you've got luden's and healing, its pretty much gg. At full build, your first chomp is sure to almost oneshot 1-3 units. A second one clears the board (He chomps real fast too)
