That's my immortal Riven's build. I know is not so easy to do, cuz u need spatula for this, but if u going for blademasters and u lucky man who got spatula, then u can make ur Riven rly hard to kill for enemies. Ur Riven will have 60 % life steal and 40% shield after each ability and shield from her own ability. Also this coomp provide a lot of cc and a power of Urgot.. Before Riven u can stack ur early items on Cassiopea, cuz she's also strong and have only 25 total mana (same like Riven) or even on Ziggs. Focus collecting items on Riven first
