Arguably one of the strongest Reroll comps in the game at the moment. You will find the most success if you play around this comp with the Malphite Hero Augment "Rock Solid". If you ended up not finding it you can still aim for Joy Siphon (Vex) or Contagious Laughter (Nunu) and play more around Vex as your main carry instead.
Your overall gameplan is to go for a stabilizing roll down in Stage 3-2 with Level 6, recover your economy and either roll on 6 with Rock Solid or push for 7 with Joy Siphon. Roll for 3 Stars and use Riftwalker Trait to generate an extra Mascot to reach 6 Mascot in late game.

This comp received almost no changes in the midset, but it is still going very strong. Even though Anima Squad Crown got nerfed repeatedly, it still performs as one of the best Augments in the game, showcasing the strength of Anima Squad as a temp comp.
Your goal is usually to rush for 5 Anima Squad in the early game (usually with 2-3 Pranksters in front) and push towards 7 Anima Squad in the mid game to help you win streak and maintain a high HP buffer. In late game you usually cut down to 5 Anima Squad and replace the weaker units with 2 Star Legendaries to help win you the game.
Tank items usually go on Riven, you can transfer them to Ekko*2 if you are unable to find Riven*3. Miss Fortune has the Quickdraw trait now, but adding 2 Quickdraw will act as a slight dps increase and is not required in the Anima Squad setup.

This is arguably the closest we currently have to the old Zed comp. Warwick works surprisingly similar, though he is less reliant on Edge of Night as a Brawler. It's not necessary, but still recommended to transport Warwick to the enemy backline with Hacker so he doesn't get stuck on the enemy tanks.
It's recommended to run a secondary AP carry like Leblanc*3, Aurelion Sol*2 or Mordekaiser*2 to help you find resets. This comp works best if you have strong Admin programs, preferably giving you AD or AS on Kill or for Admin units specifically.

Currently the most powerful AP comp you can aim for. The general setup is to either run 4 Spellslingers with 4 Star Guardians or straight up 6 Spellslingers. Twisted Fate and Neeko thankfully don't have much item overlap, since Twisted is much more interested in items like Statikk and Guinsoo, while Neeko builds similar to Taliyah from Set 8.
In the early game you should use Lux as your item holder, since her targeting got changed to her ability flying to her attack target, making her absurdly powerful.
Janna her positioning changes based on her Forecaster trait: Windy is next to Twisted and Neeko, Rainy is only near Neeko and Sunny is in Frontline.

If you enjoy playing flexible then this is the comp for you. You can either start with AD or AP items since you will be running Viego and Jhin in a Duo Carry Setup. Your core setup consists of 3 Renegade with 3 Rift Walker and the rest can be decided based on your game. Usually Zac is connected to Jhin for Renegade, allowing you to aim for 5 or even 7 Renegade as a win condition.
Depending on your Emblems and who you connect to Zac this comp is surprisingly flexible, making it powerful and fun to play!
Usually you start out with a Budget 3 Renegade 3 InfiniTeam Setup and aim for a larger roll down at Level 7 to find your core setup. If end up with a Riftwalker Emblem you can cut Pyke or Vex. With the Emblem on Alistar/Ekko you can also use Zac to go deeper into the Aegis trait.

Due to several notworthy buffs Ashe is currently back as one of the strongest reroll comps! You want to maximize your economy in Stage 2 and go for a large roll down in Stage 3-1 with level 4 and try to force Ashe*3 and Blitzcrank*3/Renekton*3. Afterwards you recover your economy and push levels to include 4 Admin.
Your best Admin programs with Ashe usually revolve around AD/Heal/AS on Kill. If you end up with weak Admin program you can also go deeper into LaserCorps if you find the right setup for it. Comp works best if you start with Ashe Carry Hero Augment and find a suitable Admin.

Not much has changed for one of the staple comps in Set 8. The core concept for Brawlers remains the same, you want to roll with Level 6 in Stage 3-2 for 6 Brawlers, push for Level 7 in Stage 4-1 and slow roll for Jax*3 and Riven*3. Aurelion Sol or Mecha Prime are great additions to this comp.
Warwick replaces Sejuani, which means you will have a lot less CC to work with, but an easy access to Admin. On the other hand Aatrox is a great user for a Brawler Emblem since his ability scales off HP. Most of the time it's not recommend to aim for 8 Brawler with Emblem, instead it's better to cut weaker Brawlers for stronger units instead.

Gadgeteen was tuned down a lot ever since Riot added a bonus damage reduction to their trait, but the Reroll version is still going very strong. The goal here is to maximize your economy and roll down deep in Stage 3-1 with Level 4 trying to force an early Wukong*3 and Lulu*3.
This works best if you have a Gadgeteen Emblem as your first Augment or receive one in Stage 3-2, otherwise it will become quite hard to stabilize. Once you found your 3 Stars you are looking to rush for Level 7 so you can include Mecha: Prime for Wukong. In Late game you can replace Gnar for Nunu and add a value unit like Alistar/Ekko/Fiddlesticks.

One of the new traits joining in 8.5 is turning out to be quite powerful. Copying units and receiving free items will give you a considerable combat advantage. This allows you to play for a high tempo and win streak towards a fast Level 8. If you find an early Emblem or craft one yourself it's easy to set yourself up with 5 InfiniTeam in the early / mid game.
With the emblem you can copy a 2 star Legendary, preferably Fiddlesticks for another massive advantage. With Level 9 you can start cutting down the weaker units and run 5 InfiniTeam with several Legendaries to cap out your board.

Duelists are currently overperforming by a lot. Twisted Fate is incredibly powerful even with minimal items and your Duelists now receive less Damage if you field 6 or 8 Duelists on your board. There are currently two ways on how to approach this comp.
In the start you will always roll in Stage 3-2 with Level 6 to field 6 Duelists and attempt to win streak and stay healthy in the mid game. Once you hit Level 7 you add a CC unit like Rammus or Alistar. Now you make a decision based on your Lobby and Augments if you want to stay Level 7 and roll for Vayne*3 as your main win condition.
If you feel like you can't hit Vayne or don't have the Augments for her, you push Level 8 instead to spike with 8 Duelist and focus on Nilah and Twisted Fate as your win condition.

4 Ace is not a comp you will be seeing too often, but it's still quite powerful if you get the right setup for it. Usually this comp initially opens with Underground and aims for a Mecha Sureshot Setup, but finds an Ace Emblem or an early Mordekaiser on the way and pivots into the 4 Ace Setup.
Garen providing CC is a lot more useful compared to Sett and Aurelion is currently a great Ace Emblem user in the mid game. If you manage to find the core setup and upgrades there is a good chance you are in spot to win the entire lobby.
There is also an interesting new approach to 4 Ace with the Riftwalker Emblem, since you can give the Emblem to Draven and make Zac into an Ace giving you an alternative path to reach 4 Ace without needing Mordekaiser.
