Tell me how you want to 1vs1 a god of 1vs1?! You can't kill him even if he is on low hp. He dodge your every auto attack.
Galio
Ideal synergy for Noc, i bet enemy team will dont know what hit them. Just ask him nice to use his R when you dash to enemy.

Champion Build Guide
I teach you how to play Nocturne - The Eternal Nightmare
Difficulty - 4/10
Nocturne is easy-medium champion to play, Nocturne can be played by beginners learning the jungle.
Viability - 6.5/10 Nocturne have high viability (if build bruiser) due to his Stridebreaker & Death Dance. Viability is one aspect of Nocturne I love, can kill easly squishy champs, and still have a lot of hp after fight.
DPS - 8.5/10 Nocturne DPS is really high, he does high damage even if build bruiser. His damage allows you to easy kill enemy ADC (such a Miss Fortune or Ashe. You can maximilize Nocturne's damage by build Lethality, but his viability will be low.
Teamfights - 7/10 Nocturne is doing very well in Teamfights due to his ultimate: Paranoia. He can easly kill enemy backline, and deprive opponents of orientation around them.
Ganks - 9.5/10 Ganks as Nocturne are very pleasant. He can dash to enemy with his ultimate Paranoia, get AD with Duskbringer and stun with Unspeakable Horror. Ganks with Nocturne without Ultimate is still good, but enemy can easly escape (however if you attack from super, super back you can use your E on them).
+ High DPS
+ Amazing ganks
+ Good when behind
+ Amazing early game
+ Insane clearing speed
+ Very easy to play
+ 1vs1 Potential
Cons
- Depends on lvl 6
- Bad late game
- Good when focusing one champ
- Need good timing his shield
Q: Nocturne throws a shadow blade that deals damage, leaves a Dusk Trail, and causes champions to leave a Dusk Trail. While on the trail, Nocturne can move through units and has increased Move Speed and Attack Damage. Main ability, upgrade it first.
W: Nocturne empowers his blades, passively gaining Attack Speed. Activating Shroud of Darkness allows Nocturne to fade into the shadows, creating a magical barrier which blocks a single enemy ability and doubles his passive Attack Speed if successful. Use it when enemy tries to hit skillshot into you. If enemy team have a lot of tanks upgrade W first.
E: Nocturne plants a nightmare into his target's mind, dealing damage each second and applying fear to the target if they do not get out of range by the end of the duration. Use it to stun enemies, when they tries to attack or escape you.
R: Nocturne reduces the sight radius of all enemy champions and removes their ally vision in the process. He can then launch himself at a nearby enemy champion. Nocturne main weapon, ideal for teamfights or ganks. Use it when can, buy Axiom Arc for reduce cooldown on your ultimate.
- Scorchclaw Pup is a sure thing about when its comes to fighting tanks, bcs of the percent health dmg that it deals after upgrade. Also it gives 30% slow when you attack an enemy. I like to pick that item, when fithing with no-squishy enemy team and going for bruiser patch :)
- Mosstomper Seedling is good only when you choose bruiser build, it's good in mixed-teams. (tanks, and squishy champs in one team. It gives you small shield, and (more important) tenacity and slow resist.
- Gustwalker Hatchling is best when playin against squishy champ and you decided to go into assasin build. It gives you massive movment speed boost, its very usefull bcs you can be in 2 places at one moment.
- Potion (it isn't obvious?
- And a ward :)
Boots
- Ideal boots against AD champions. It gives you armor and reduce ALL autoattack damage for 12%.
- Best item vs Mages and CC champions (such as Lux, Veigar)
Core items
- Best item choice for Nocturne it gives him Heath, Damage, Atack Speed and Ability Haste. That item is universal for all games. Stridebreaker is better than Goredrinker in this case, but Goredrinker is playable.
- Another Core Item, it gives Nocturne, damage and armor, also heal him 120% of his AD. Perfect combo with his Duskbringer.
- It gives Nocturne a lot of Ability Haste on his ultimate. Get this as 3-rd item in Bruiser Build (when there are no special cases) and pick as 1-st item in Lethality build.
Other Items
- Nocturne wants this item if he is against a heavy AP. I recommend do this item 3-rd if theres much AP champions. Buying Hexdrinker first is a good idea.
- Get this item when enemy team have a lot of healing (Fiora, Yuumi)
- Pick this item if enemy team have a lot of Tanks (Only bruiser build!)
- Pick this item if enemy team have a lot of Tanks (Only Lethality build!)
Slowly improving that guide.
This is the best jungle path for Nocturne. It's start with red and ending with crab on other side. It gives Nocturne fast clear if you kite. After doing this jungle path, you should have lvl 4 when you end crab.
TIP: When you have 3-rd lvl, which is after doing wolfes (as I remember good), don't pick fear and waste your time, upgrade your Q instead. (Skill order should be looking like this: Q>W>Q>E>[...])
