-Start with Dorans Shield and Health Pot always.
-Do your usual game starting warding and stay under tower until wave comes in.
-Last hit your first few waves with either Q's or AA's, if you can hit the enemy with Q if they are in wave and you able to clear a minion with it too.
-Play pretty safe and never all in pre-6.
-You will most likely be pushed into your tower majority of lane as you want to be conservative with mana usage, this is K'sante's strongest position.

The Tower Cheese

-Farm up with Q and charge Q3 and try to land them always. If the enemy overextends further than the entrance of river land a Q3, Dash behind them, W them into tower, AA for damage then chase down if they have taken tower shots, if they havent taken tower shots then you get a very good trade and you can have your jungler come up for a kill.
-After a kill you should be able to afford your first defensive purchase and now you can play aggresively with this gold advantage which gives you priority of lane and Grubs. When ahead, Ward down river to avoid ganks and roam for topside fights. (Don't Greed :D)

-After laning phase, roam to every team fightpossible and lock down enemy targets if they are isolated. (High Priority: Jungler, ADC)
-In teamfights you want to play by peeling for your ADC, your ult will always be a last resort if damage is lacking on your own team or a VERY high prio target needs to be killed (Make sure you ult over wall to bring them out or chain cc them into your own team)
-Farm your sidelanes with Titanic Hydra whenever possible and take turrets.
-TP Flanks are an incredibly strong tool for K'sante, being able to get behnd the enemy is your strongest position in a fight as you can push the backline into your own team (if your team wards well this should be no problem)

Your late game will be tougher as late mid game will be your strongest position.
-Your W will have around a 65% damage reduction when charged, this is very powerful when used to defend your whole team and drain enemy CC.
-Generally your Late game is played identical to your Mid game, finding team fights, pushing out the carry.
-You will be using your tank abilities most here and your carry ability has drasticly dropped.

Unfortunately K'sante at the moment is no longer his old form capable to being an actual 1v9 champion due to recent riot reworks and nerfs because of community complaints (Thank you Shoemaker).
