If you play it correctly, you completely negate his kit. Your E helps you dodge his 3 Qs or his W, and if he somehow manages to hit you, your W prevents his CC and reduces his damage significantly. Get bramble vest early and he shouldn't be able to do anything to you.
Akali
Unless you get ganked, you stomp her early game. Try to set up an early dive with your jungler and you can take her out of the game entirely.
Akshan
Very annoying matchup. It's very hard to get on top of him. As with most ranged matchups, try to take advantage of his short range and play with your jungler, as he's relatively easy to gank.
Camille
She should never hit her E on you. You can dodge it with E or negate it with W. If she uses W, it's better to E into her for a Q-AA, denying her healing and geting free damage.
Darius
You can use your E to get inside his Q and negate his healing and stacking. His W slow is relatively easy to predict and cancel with your W, and you can get out of his E range with your E. However, he's still Darius. One missplay can cost you your life and your lane. Avoid long trades.
Dr. Mundo
Don't underestimate his damage. Dodge his cleavers with E and you should win lane with your % max health damage. You can take ignite into this matchup, as bramble vest isn't great against magic damage and Executioner's calling doesn't build into any good items for you.
Gwen
You can bully her early. Avoid her charged Q with your E, and watch out for her W when trying to hit your charged up Q. You can't duel her after 3 items.
Fiora
Skill matchup. If she parries your knockup, you can inmediately cast W, negating her stun and CCing her instead. If you let her proc her passive you will lose. Try to stand close to walls with her vital pointing towards the wall; this prevents her from hitting it and gives you the chance to ult her through said wall. You can't full on duel her at any point, but you should be able to go almost even in CS and be more useful to your team in mid and late game. Rush bramble vest.
Gangplank
Can't do much against a good gangplank. Go fleet footwork and second wind, Rush steelcaps and farm. You shouldn't be able to kill him without your jungler's assistance.
Gnar
Slightly Gnar favoured. Try to dodge his Q with your E. It's very hard to lane against mini gnar, but you can win most fights against mega Gnar. Rush plated steelcaps.
Gragas
Can't do much to him and he can't do much to you. His E animation is very fast if you're close, making it difficult to prevent the stun with your W, but his ult is very slow and you should be able to avoid the knockback most times. Take second wind.
Garen
If he tries to run up to you and Q you, you can either Q and move back with E, preventing him from reaching you, or W to negate the silence, AA for passive proc, Q-AA and E away. If he manages to get on top of you, he beats you post-6.
Illaoi
She won't bet you unless she lands her E, which you should be able to dodge with your E. You can take her away from her tentacles if she's near a wall, significantly reducing her damage. You can rush bramble vest if you want to play it safe.
Irelia
Very easy to avoid her stun with your W or E. Early game, you can stand near low health minions to Q-AA her when she Qs in. Early steelcaps and bramble vest will negate most of her damage. Run bone plating.
Jax
You can beat him in short trades early if you shield his W AA and W his counter strike. Can't duel him after 3 items, but you should be ahead by then.
Jayce
Very hard to get near him without using your E and W. Using W to get onto him means you won't have the damage reduction to negate his hammer form combo. Empowered Q is quite wide and your E range is small, so it's hard to dodge. Try not to stand near low health allied minions, as Jayce likes to hit you and last hit at the same time. Run fleet and second wind and beg for your jungler's help.
Kayle
Slowpush for 3rd or 4th wave for a cheater recall or dive her with your jungler; you need to get an advantage early. She can easily walk a step back to outrange your E-Q, making it very hard to get on top of her.
Kennen
Skill matchup, Kennen favoured. Get early boots, you can dodge his Q with his E and block his stun with W if timed right. Very hard to get on top of him. Fleet/second wind recommended. You can Ult him away from your carries late game.
Kled
Easy to avoid his Q, and you can W if you don't manage to dodge it. Don't fight him when his W is up. Relatively even lane, but you're a lot more useful if the lane ends up even. Run bone plating and get early steelcaps.
Lillia
Very hard to get on top of her. Run fleet/second wind. Only saving grace is you can W her ult very easily.
Malphite
If he runs comet, you can E when he uses Q to avoid its damage, as it usually deals more than the ability itself. You outduel him at any point in the game. Hard to react to his ult with your W, but not impossible.
Maokai
Very easy matchup. You outduel him at every point in the game, you should never get rooted by his ult, and your %max health damage is very effective against him.
Mordekaiser
Farm lane. You can avoid his E and Q with your E, and prevent his pull (and even his ultimate if timed right) with your W. You can't duel him at any point in the game. You should be able to survive the laning phase with a tiny CS disadvantage, but a single mistake can cost you your life and the lane.
Nasus
Bully him early, try to set up a dive with your jungler pre-6. After level 6, you can never duel him.
Olaf
You can dodge an axe with your E, but that's pretty much it. You can never duel him, and his ult negates your entire kit. Play safe and farm, you outscale him.
Ornn
K'Sante favoured, but not a free lane. You can only prevent 1 of his many CCs with your W. Punish his long E cooldown. If he starts Q, you can gain an advantage with extended lvl 1 and 2 trades.
Pantheon
You can dodge spears with E and stop his very telegraphed stun with W. He's still very strong early game, but you outscale him relatively fast.
Karma
Extremely annoying. You will never get on top of her, and she's one of the few matchups where the S13 Iceborn Gauntlet changes hurt your chances. Take fleet and second wind.
Poppy
You cancel each other out. She prevents your E with her W, and you do the same to her. Lane is a bit of a stalemate (stand on her passive shield so it disappears), but you're very good against her in teamfights, as you can get near her and W her while she charges up her ultimate.
Quinn
Very hard to play. Try to W her E. Run fleet and second wind. You can't prevent her from roaming. Get early steelcaps and buy Iceborn Gauntlet.
Renekton
You can win trades if you block his stun with your W. Run bone plating and get an early bramble vest. You outscale him, so going even in lane is good for you. You can get an early bramble vest if you want to play it safe.
Rengar
Annoying but not hard. You can Q-AA when he jumps from the bush, and you can negate his E with W or dodge it with your E. Get early steelcaps.
Riven
It's easy to block her third Q with your W, but hard to time her W. Her Q cooldown is 11 seconds lower than your W at rank 1, so play safe if your W is on cooldown. Run bone plating.
Rumble
It's not that hard to get on top of him with his low range, but it's not worth it since he will out damage you anyways. Farm safely and try to get help from your jungler. Get early magic resist, run fleet and second wind.
Sejuani
You can dodge her Q, W and R with your E, and prevent every single one of her abilities with W. She usually runs ignite, so take that into account when fighting her.
Sett
Can't fight him at any point in the game. Go for short trades if he wastes his E or W, as they have very long cooldowns. Early steelcaps and boneplating. It's hard to time his E and R with your W, but not impossible.
Shen
He can't do much to you. It's easy to block his taunt with your W, and you have plenty of CC to stop his ultimate if he dares to use it near you. It's hard to kill him, but you should be up around 10 cs by ten minutes if played correctly.
Shyvana
Farm lane. Extremely boring. She will outduel you if she builds BORK. She will lose short trades early if you dodge her E with yours.
Singed
Easy. He should never be able to fling you. Run Biscuits and approach velocity.
Sion
He can never fight you. His Q and R are extremely telegraphed and easy to block with your W or dodge with your E. Your %max health damage is great against him, and you shred him during All-Out. One of the easiest matchups you can get.
Tahm Kench
Q is harder to dodge with your E than you'd think, but not extremely difficult. Don't get near his tower if you don't have W up. Play around your cooldowns; it's hard to kill him but not impossible. He can't do much against you if you play correctly, but he can easily punish your mistakes.
Teemo
Very annoying. Run fleet and second wind. You can block his Q if timed right, but you shouldn't be able to get on top of him unless he makes a mistake. Try to get help from your jungler.
Trundle
He outduels you at every point in the game, and his ultimate completely counters your kit. Unplayable, priority ban.
Tryndamere
Don't underestimate his all in potential early. Run bone plating. He wins unless you dodge his E with your E, denying him some fury. You can Q-AA afterwards. Get early steelcaps and rush warden's mail.
Urgot
You can dodge his Q with your E, and stop his E with your W. He should never be able to kill you. Get early steelcaps.
Vladimir
Very hard to get on top of him. He shouldn't be able to kill you at any point during the laning phase, but you can't stop him from scaling insanely hard. Try to get help from your jungler.
Volibear
You HAVE to dodge his E with yours. Pre-6 you can stop his Q stun with your W, post 6 save it for his ultimate, mainly to reduce it's massive damage. You can win short trades in lane if played correctly, but you're unlikely to win extended trades unless you're ahead.
Warwick
You can easily avoid his fear and ultimate with your W, but he will steal out duel you. Get an early bramble vest. You should have enough CC to prevent him from 1v2ing you and your jungler.
Wukong
Slightly wukong favoured. His W cooldown is very similar to yours, so it's easy to keep track of it. Get bone plating and early steelcaps.
Yasuo
Slightly harder than his brother Yone, but still a minor threat. The only time he should be able to tornado you is with an EQ on top of you, which you should still be able to avoid with W most of the time. Watch out for an early all in with lethal tempo. Get early steelcaps.
Yone
You can avoid his W with your E, and he should never be able to knock you up with his third Q or Ultimate. His E has a similar cooldown to your W, so it should be easy to track it; punish him while it's on cooldown. Get early steelcaps and run bone plating.
Yorick
Annoyng matchup. Your low damage means you're slow to kill his ghouls. Avoid his E at all cost; save your E to dodge it. Farm lane. You can go Hullbreaker second if you want to match and stop his splitpush; you beat him easily if he doesn't have mis maiden.
Vayne
No explanation needed. Get help from your jungler. Run fleet and rush steelcaps.
