Dude has high kill pressure, you can't really walk up without getting combo'd by him either.
Ahri
You can shove her early, but avoid the charm at all costs. If she misses charm, you can trade with her - be careful of the jungler.
Its probably not worth using your R after her first dash, as she will just use the other two to get back.
Akali
You can harrass her until level 3. Save. Your. Q. If she misses her E, you can Q-W-AA her, otherwise hold your Q for if she dives on you.
Would not recommend trying to properly 1v1 her without first item or jungler, though.
You can R her after she ults and it'll push her into your tower.
Anivia
The walls can really hurt W positioning. Otherwise, just shove and roam pre-6.
You can punish her if she misses her stun.
Annie
Shove and roam, bully her the whole game.
Careful of her stun as she can use it to setup a gank and shut you down - respect it until she uses it on a minion or smth.
Azir
His poke is honestly ridiculous and he can seemingly 5 shot you level 3.
You're forced to stay back and let him shove. Its basically a farm lane.
Brand
Shove and roam, since his mini-rework this might be a little harder. Not to mention his synergy with the new items being ridiculous. Dont get hit by his stun and when you get your t1 boots you can avoid his W.
Cassiopeia
Her damage is insane, but she can run out of mana very quickly - and due to the nature of your W, you won't be facing her often so her ult isn't a problem. Her W can really hurt you though.
Shove and roam otherwise.
Cho'Gath
As long as he has not gone glacial augment this matchup is another shove and roam one. Theres no point in trying to solo kill him because of his sustain and CC.
Corki
You can outpush him at level 6, however it is advised you respect him once he has a Sheen.
Diana
She throws her bendy thing out before teleporting to you and basically killing you.
Zone her from the wave and deny her farm. if she misses Q you can punish her before it comes back in 2 seconds, if she hits then I am sorry for your loss.
Fizz
If you are masochistic enough to not ban this obnoxious fish;
Punish his Q,E with a QWAA afterwards. At 6, stay back dodge his ult with your E.
Galio
Shove and roam.
Careful of his dash + taunt, but otherwise he will need a jungler to do anything to you. You're not killing this guy in lane, though.
At 6 he can counter your roams, but his ult has like a 20 minute cooldown so yeah.
Irelia
Punish her missing her stun with a QW. Go steelcaps + rylai and she won't be a problem unless they are TFBlade.
Karma
Shove and roam.
Her RQ really hurts, but her waveclear is nothing special.
Kassadin
Dodge champ select if you see this.
You can kill this champ 20 times early and he will still come back and one shot you later. He is unkillable post-6, so get your jungle to camp him pre-6.
Katarina
Play around her daggers, deny her ult with Q/R. Shove and harrass pre-3.
If she is ahead, then you are screwed.
LeBlanc
Shove her until she gets W. If she whiffs W then punish her with QW.
She falls off late, and you can buy Verdant Barrier + Mercs early and be okay.
Lucian
Would recommend steelcaps and seekers early. If he dashes first then Q and walk away. He will fall off later.
Lux
Dodge the root and its a free win.
Shove and roam. Punish her when she misses Q.
Mordekaiser
Shove and roam, dodge his E and poke him. (same goes for swain)
Morgana
Shove and roam.
If you get hit by her Q, then you're dead. You can't kill her because black shield is super balanced.
Don't roam too much though, because her W will delete waves when she has a few points in it.
Neeko
Dodge the root, shove and roam.
Nocturne
Spell shield, lock-on fear, poke damage and a counter-roam ult. Try not to get feared and force your flash.
Orianna
Shove and roam before she gets lost chapter.
Qiyana
Bully her out of lane pre-6 and punish her dash if she misses.
Respect her when she R ready.
Sylas
Shove him until 3. Respect him afterwards.
Talon
Respect him after he hits 2 and go seekers + steelcaps early. Play on his mistakes, thats all you can do.
Veigar
Shove and roam, if you get caged without flash then sayonara asol. Buy mercs and the combined tenacity will help alot.
Yasuo
He will always windwall your Q and E onto you to bully you. You can hold stun for when he dashes and instantly stun him and walk away. Play on his mistakes, a bad yasuo is a free lane.
Zed
You can shove him early, and his Q damage is reduced through minions.
When he uses R, he always appears behind you, so you can QR behind you into your tower and goof him. Otherwise, seekers and steelcaps are a must.
Zoe
Punish her when she misses her sleep. Shove and roam.

Anybody with CC is pretty helpful, as they can stop assassins killing you, and allow you to chain CC them and kill them. Morgana has the black shield to stop you getting pinned down by CC as well.

Imperial Mandate:
Unique – Coordinated Fire: Abilities that immobilize enemy champions deal 60 − 100 (based on level) bonus magic damage and mark them for 4 seconds. Allied champions that damage marked enemies consume the mark to deal 60 − 100 (based on target's level) bonus magic damage and grant you and the triggering ally 20% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds (6 second cooldown per enemy champion).
Basically this means that immobilising abilities deal 60-100 free damage and marks the target. If that mark is expunged then the damage happens again but it goes on a 6s cooldown.
If it is not expunged then it has no cooldown.
ASol stars count as separate abilities, and when you buy a rylais, they become immobilising abilities. Meaning that each star will constantly deal 60-100 free damage unless an ally damages them afterwards, at which point you gain MS and they take more damage anyway, and thats on a 6s cd.
