I always take Stormraiders surge because I can trade in lane way better with that mastery.
You can also take Thunderlords decree.

Runes are pretty basic.

Only take exhaust or Ignite nothing else.

Always start with E.
As usual lvl up R whenever you can.
Max Q first.
Second E.
Third W.

I choose these items because its way easier to face burst ap champions.
I did struggle against heavy ap champions so I tried this build and I had a pretty good game.

Lets keep it short :
Dam good early but sh*tty late.

Team work ? nah boi
you just enter the teamfight try to burst their backline and back to split pushing.
Quinn isn't good at teamfighting..

If you E to someone on the other side of the wall you will land on the same side as them.

However if you E towards an enemy that is on the same side of the wall as you are and your back is towards the terrain, you will end up on the other side of the wall. This is a good escape technique.

If you E an enemy who is in the middle of a Blink or Dash (such as Flash or Zed's Living Shadow), Quinn will follow them towards their destination (while interrupting Dashes in mid-air).
