As a lot of damage comes from his Q ability, you cannot easily blind him, however dodging his abilities should be fairly simple. Consider throwing Mushrooms within your lane to slow him if he attempts to approach with the boosted movement speed from his ultimate.
Camille
Even though she is quite scary, with good timing her Q is not useful, the biggest problem is her ult, but you are able to run around and kite her within it, and if you have stopwatch it can help.
Cho'Gath
Be wary of him post Lvl 6, a single Q hit can result in you dying due to your lack of tankiness. During lane, try not to do predictable movement.
Darius
If he places his slow on you in the early game it can be detrimental, bring flash and try to stay out of his reach.
Dr. Mundo
His Q deals a lot of damage and has a large hitbox, as long as you can dodge them you should be safe throughout the whole laning phase, but you may not be able to deal a lot of damage to him.
Fiora
Due to her Q she is incredibly annoying, try to always stay out of reach of her and be wary of her parrying CC's from your teammates into you.
Gangplank
Try to remove all vision from the lane bushes, you are able to hide in anywhere in this area, just try not to be predictable so he doesn't hit you with his Barrels.
Garen
The only possible problem from this matchup comes from him hitting you with Stridebreaker or his Q, try to use your W before he uses these abilities.
Gnar
In Mini-Gnar he is pretty much useless, once he is in Mega Gnar, as long as you stand outside the range of his Ultimate or an E-R combo you should be safe in this lane as you can easily outrun his W.
Gragas
His abilities are easy to dodge other than his ult. If he builds AP, every time he places his Q in a suspicious spot immediately be careful and situate yourself away from his combo.
Gwen
Her early game Q can be quite annoying, and if she has a lot of AP then her R can deal a lot of damage, however it should be easy to always at least stay safe against her.
Heimerdinger
Turrets are very annoying, hope you are never in this matchup.
Illaoi
She is quite reliant on hitting her Q and E to deal damage, but even becoming slightly cocky can easily result in your death.
Irelia
Try to stay far enough from her that she can't immediately Q you after killing minions, try to force her to battle you under turret so you have an advantage.
Jax
At least at the moment, Jax is incredible powerful, even if you cancel his W, his E damage is insanely high now and he can easily follow and beat you no matter how fast you are.
Jayce
His shock blast can do massive damage, however if you have enough vision in the late it should be simple to dodge, try to also not get into range of his hammer.
K'Sante
You can dodge nearly every one of his abilities due to movement speed, while also being able to cancel his empowered auto-attacks.
Kayle
Although she does not present much of a problem in lane, due to your roaming playstyle it may be difficult as you need to stop her scaling while still helping your team.
Kennen
You are able to easily dodge his Q and in some cases even his ultimate, the only problem is him triggering his auto-attack stun in the early game, which can be prevented with your blind.
Kled
Most of his damage requires him to be very near, but you can dodge his Q and blind him when he uses his W empowered auto-attacks.
Lillia
Her repeated slow and damage can prove to be quite annoying, but the matchup itself is neutral.
Malphite
His Q and his Ultimate provide very big damage especially if he is building AP, try to buy Zhonya's early to avoid his R.
Maokai
Although his E saplings are very annoying, you can easily outrun them, the only problems may come from his damage output or an ult, but these can be countered by items.
Mordekaiser
If he uses his R, you are virtually dead, no matter how much movement speed you have. Try to annoy him at range as much as possible, and keep safety tools at the ready.
Nasus
Due to your roaming nature he may end up scaling quite fast, and due to his W slow this matchup is quite terrible.
Olaf
His Q is difficult to dodge and both his ultimate and the commonly brought Ghost make him a tough opponent.
Ornn
His hitboxes are quite large, but generally you will have the upper hand against him due to your movement speed.
Quinn
Never let her take you by surprise and you will generally be able to win, if you stop her hitting vulnerable opponents with your blind, she won't gain her movement speed bonus and it will be difficult for her to chase further.
Renekton
As his Q deals a lot of damage and his dashes send him quite far, this becomes a very difficult matchup relying on your ability to kite him and not get hit by his stun.
Rengar
You are basically not able to contest him in bushes, but you can attempt to stop him entering bushes in the first place, yet this is still a very difficult matchup.
Riven
She is only able to kill you if she hits all of her CC, but due to your movement speed, even with her excessive dashes it may be difficult for her to reach you.
Poppy
The redirection on her E can prove to be very scary, but due to your movement speed you can easily avoid her charging you into walls.
Sett
Even though a lot of his early damage comes from auto-attacks, he still proves to be a massive problem due to how easy to hit his abilities are.
Shaco
This is a funny matchup where both players will likely end up with Oracle Lens, both of you constantly trying to trap each other. If he is building AP be a lot more careful than usual.
Shen
His taunt can prove to be a massive problem, but if he doesn't hit this it becomes a fairly easy matchup even if you can't kill him.
Singed
His W is a massive problem, massively slowing you and preventing all movement enhancing abilities, try to use Hextech Rocketbelt to dodge his W before it lands, as it has a small animation showing you where it will land.
Sion
You can basically dodge everything from him, the only problem may be his E, but this should be a very easy matchup with your movement speed.
Tahm Kench
His large W damage and abilities make this a very difficult matchup with not much counterplay.
Teemo
You definitely lose to normal Teemo, but you are more of an annoyance than normal Teemo, try to use this against the enemy team instead of against the Teemo himself.
Tryndamere
Extremely annoying due to his ease of sticking to enemies, however as long as you have enough movement speed you may even be able to dodge his W ability, which can be followed by easy kiting.
Udyr
He is extremely auto-attack based, and with the builds of Udyr that exist, you are likely to nearly always outspeed him.
Urgot
This would be an easy matchup if it weren't for his Q, ward bushes and do not move predictably to ensure that he is never able to hit a combo, try to always stay on one side of him to minimise W damage.
Ashe
If playing in Jungle or Support she becomes a problem due to her being able to spot you placing shrooms, stopping you running around with her R and poking in lane, however Ashe herself is not too much of a problem, just an annoyance.
Rammus
Even though you are fast, you may not always outrun Rammus, once he reaches you his E can Taunt you for a long time, massively negatively impacting you.
Zilean
Go even faster. He can also slow enemies to maximise how much you can run around them.
Taliyah
Able to stop enemies chasing after you and damage them in return.
Soraka
Even if you are fast, you are not tanky and will often die to DOT from many of the presently strong characters, even a small heal can save you.
Bard
Due to both his E and his R, he can provide more movement room as well as his R both being able to save you and sometimes set-up more by placing Mushrooms under statsised enemies.
Graves
He will very often not be able to enter fights due to your movement speed and pushing the enemy team away, making this synergy extremely weak.
Nocturne
He is able to follow up on your engages, but he is also able to massively benefit of the Mushrooms and vision you will provide.
Kled
Due to his close-range playstyle this may not be the best combo, however if you are able to slow enemies, his ultimate only provides positives.
Shaco
If against both Teemo and Shaco enemies are more likely to look out for traps, which negatively impacts both characters.

As you don't provide CC, it may be difficult for her to hit her Q, however she may be able to hit some Q's due to vision provided by your Mushrooms. Having 2 strong AP characters may tempt the enemy to build Magic resist.
