it has worked for me and ive never had to deviate much from it but if you want that extra health id consider buying zekes or phage maybe phage has that nice slowing effect and some att dmg so you are still putting a beating on the enemy

people never ever ever ever ever stack blight on their targets blight makes varus good you cant expect to deal massive damage to an enemy if blight isnt applied to them fist i usually stack blight and use hail of arrows to slow them after i stack it again and follow with my q if they are running from you before this.. use your ult to snare them and then T OFF

just reminding you guys varus's abilities are average without blight on the target so STACK THAT SHIIIIIET!
