Tahm Kench, your best option is push at level 2 or 3 because you have many hp and you can play with your stun, leaving you or your teammate the fisrt blood. Although this could be the worst option too, depending on the other players of the bot lane.

Why attack speed?
With 3 of attack speed, you have the option of use your Devour, then another 3 hits and finally with your tongue lash stun the enemy. All this in about 2 seconds. With this in the late game you can have a great impact with your incredible AD and your attack speed.

The attack speed is really good?
The two things that you can play with Tahm Kench are tank and attack speed. The most people you it due to the An Acquired Taste (the AD depends of your hp you have).
