Talon's story for those interested.

Talon's earliest memories are the darkness of Noxus' underground passages and the reassuring steel of a blade. He remembers no family, warmth, or kindness. Instead, the clink of stolen gold and the security of a wall at his back are all the kinship he has ever craved. Kept alive only by his quick wits and deft thievery, Talon scraped out a living in the seedy underbelly of Noxus. His mastery of the blade quickly marked him as a threat, and Noxian guilds sent assassins to him with a demand: join their ranks or be killed. He left the bodies of his pursuers dumped in Noxus' moat as his response.

The assassination attempts grew increasingly dangerous until one assailant met Talon blade-for-blade in a match of strength. To his surprise, Talon was disarmed and facing down his executioner's sword when the assassin revealed himself to be General Du Couteau. The General offered Talon the choice between death at his hand, or life as an agent of the Noxian High Command. Talon chose life, on the condition that his service was to Du Couteau alone, for the only type of orders he could respect were from one he could not defeat. Talon remained in the shadows, carrying out secret missions on Du Couteau's orders that took him from the frigid lands of Freljord to the inner sanctums of Bandle City. When the general vanished, Talon considered reclaiming his freedom, but he had gained immense respect from Du Couteau after years in his service. He became obsessed with tracking down the general's whereabouts. Talon's suspicions led him to the doors of the Institute of War, where he joined the League of Legends in order to find those responsible for Du Couteau's disappearance.

Talon is a good mid champion.He's a wee bit squishy for top and his jungle is bad.Don't even think about AD Carry/Support talon.He also excells at suprising many people with his insane burst.So prepare for some total ownage.

For runes I take Greater Mark of Attack Damage and Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage.As listed above,talon's damage is all based off AD burst.The AD Gives that small bit more of AD which is always good.For glyphs Greater Glyph of Magic Resist is good because you're going against AP mids.Seals is,arguably one of the best runes in the game Greater Seal of Armor to protect against the harassment you're mostly ranged opponents will be dealing to you.

21/9/0 are good masteries for talon.You don't need mana regen or anything in the utility tree.In offense take AD improving masteries and get some CDR so you can have more burst.The only reason we get Alacrity is because it lets dip into armor pen which we need seeing as we don't have any runes for it.

For Talon I rush a frozen mallet to get the most out of his passive.Then after that and getting my boots 2.I get a Best Friend Sword ( B.F. Sword to build into my first Bloodthirster.After that I get another bloodthirster and a Guardian's Angel. Guardian's Angel In my opinion is one of the best defensive items in the game.After the GA you're next item depends on the enemy team.If they have alot of Magic Damage,get a Maw of Malmortius if they're mostly AD based I get a Frozen Heart .Frozen heart is a good item,because it gives us some nice CDR while giving us some mana at the same time and on top of that 99 armor.Really good item on talon.

For skills I max Rake first,since it's your main burst spell. Noxian Diplomacy second for even more damage(remeber q resets auto attack timer so when landing your combo try and employ that). Cutthroat last since it's mainly only used for the gap closer and silence.Obviously taking Shadow Assault whenever possible.

For summoner spells I wouldn't reccomend much other than Flash and Ignite.Maybe Heal or Exhaust if you prefer them. Teleport is a very underrated spell so feel free to use that if you please.

If you're on the edge on purchasing Talon.Stop hesatating you imbicile and buy him!Seriously thought talon is amazing throught out the game if you ask me and has so much potential.If you ask me he's underrated.But for him it's a good thing since people underestimate his damage and burst potential early on so he snowballs into a beast late game.Buy him 6300 IP or 975 RP in the store now!Thanks for reading!
