Ahri is a decent threat to this build considering that if you miss skillshots you won't be doing much damage and Ahri has 3 dashes.
With Spirit Rush, Ahri can easily dodge your missiles.
Akali
Akali is a champion that needs to be on top of you to be doing maximum damage. If she is right on top of you it is much easier to land missiles and Valkyrie can be used to create space if needed.
Anivia
Anivia is not a problem. She has a weak early game when you can harass Anivia. If she tries to block you from escaping with Crystallize, you can use Valkyrie to escape.
Annie
Getting stunned is very bad for Corki. He is squishy and Annie has very high burst damage with Disintegrate and Incinerate. This will make it easy for Annie to get ahead in lane.
Aurelion Sol
Aurelion Sol's Celestial Expansion is a great damage source that requires keeping distance as well as following enemies. Valkyrie can be used to stay inside of Aurelion Sol's passive and Missile Barrage can be a great kiting move against Aurelion Sol.
Azir
Corki can get punished if he is in a bad position which Azir can fully take advantage of. With Emperor's Divide, Corki can be put into a very bad position meaning Corki may end up dying to Azir frequently.
Brand
A full Brand combo can kill a squishy but with Valkyrie and Special Delivery, Corki can easily dodge Brand's attacks and kill him with his combo.
Cassiopeia
Cassiopeia's spells are very spammable. With Miasma Corki will not be able to use Valkyrie meaning it can be hard for Corki to outplay Cassiopeia.
Cho'Gath
Cho'gath is an easy match for Corki because keeping distance with Valkyrie and simply just dodging Rupture will help to bully Cho'gath in lane.
Corki
An enemy AP Corki has the same moves as you therefore meaning that you have to outfarm, outtrade and/or outplay them.
Diana
Diana can be an easy lane opponent if you zone Diana from farming. Harassing occasionally can be good but remember that Diana has a shield.
Ekko
Ekko's stickiness can make Ekko a big problem in lane.
Ezreal
Ezreal's attacks are very quick compare to Corki's meaning you can easily be out-traded and lose in an all-in fight. Outplaying is the only option to win lane since Ezreal has good base damage which means he can farm well as well.
Fizz
With Playful/Trickster, Urchin Strike and Chum the Waters, doing damage to Fizz can be very hard. Basic attacks are not as strong on Fizz due to Nimble Fighter making Fizz a big problem.
Galio
If Galio can land his spells on you he can win lane. Taking advantage of Bulwark being down Corki can win lane.
Heimerdinger
Due to Corki's uncommon ranged basic attacks with high damage, taking out turrets can be easy for Corki. Rushing a Nashor's Tooth or a Berserker's Greaves is recommended against Heimerdinger.
Jayce
Taking advantage of Jayce's mana problems, trading with either basic attacks or spells can really help to win lane.
Karma
Early game Corki can get out-traded but after level 6 Corki can significantly beat Karma in fights by dodging Inner Flame.
Karthus
Karthus' constant poke alive or dead can make laning hard for Corki considering it is almost impossible to miss Lay Waste.
Kassadin
After 6, Kassadin can be extremely hard to beat because of Riftwalk. It is important to try to kill Kassadin before level 6 and get ahead.
Katarina
Katarina can be difficult to deal with late game, but with range and good basic attacks to harass, Corki can destroy Katarina if she's not fed.
Kog'Maw
Kogmaw's Bio-Arcane Barrage can really hurt Corki in trades and it is very difficult to win lane without your jungler camping for you.
LeBlanc
Leblanc is a difficult champion to play against but with Valkyrie outplays you can really destroy a Leblanc.
Lissandra
Lissandra and Corki both have a long cooldown, damaging dash but by keeping distance Lissandra can be easy to lane against.
Lux
By dodgin Light Binding and Final Spark with Valkyrie, a quick q r combo can help you pressure mid lane against a Lux.
Malzahar
Corki's silence and voidlings can make it difficult for Corki in early game. By trading back Corki can get ahead for later.
Morgana
Morgana is probably the easiest opponent for this build. By getting away from Soul Shackles with Flash or Valkyrie, disengaging and engaging is very very easy for Corki.
Nami
Nami can be an easy opponent as long as you trade with her early and force her to use mana to heal herself.
Orianna
With the low cooldown of Command: Attack, Orianna can easily beat a Corki. But by building mana and cooldown reduction items, constantly using Missile Barrage can help Corki a lot in this lane.
Riven
Riven's engage is very predictable and with Valkyrie, Corki's kiting can be pretty amazing against a Riven. Denying her from farming early and running away from her combo is important to beat a Riven.
Ryze
With Spell Flux and Rune Prison, Corki can be very out of position. By pushing hard, beating a Ryze is definitely doable.
Swain
Before Swain hits level 6, it's a good idea to play very aggressive so that you can get ahead to the point that Swain can't catch up.
Syndra
In early game playing a passive lane is best but later it can be quite easy to pop her health with Missile Barrage.
Taliyah
Watching where there is worked ground, Taliyah can be really weak against a Corki. Considering Seismic Shove can be dodged by Valkyrie, and Threaded Volley won't do good on worked ground she can be a very easy match for Corki.
Talon
Talon is a huge threat because he has many slows and he can still stick on to you even if you use Valkyrie or Flash. Poking him early game and denying him from farm can help against a Talon.
Twisted Fate
Twisted Fate is very squishy and chances of a Twisted Fate building magic resist is unlikely. Keep track of Twisted Fate's Pick a Card because when it's down you can all in Twisted Fate.
Varus
Saving Valkyrie for Chain of Corruption will massively increase your chance of beating a Varus.
Veigar
Even though this build is about building ability power basic attacking is still a factor which requires standing still which Veigar takes advantage of. Make sure to be aware of when Veigar is going to use Event Horizon and when it's on cooldown.
Vel'Koz
When Vel'koz is going into fight using Tectonic Disruption and Void Rift at the same time is common. By sidestepping his abilities beating a Vel'koz can be easy, but remember there still is a risk.
Viktor
A good Viktor can destroy a Corki but by constantly spamming Missile Barrage and not missing The Big One Corki can get ahead and punish Viktor for bad positioning.
Vladimir
Preventing Vladimir from sustaining is very impossible so it's important to try to kill him quickly. With Sanguine Pool and Tides of Blood that cost a lot of health it is important to prevent Vladimir from sustaining.
Xerath
Not spending mana is the best trick against Xerath.
Xerath's passive can help him regain mana so autoattack trades an be amazing because if Xerath is channeling his ult Flash and Valkyrie can help reposition yourself easily.
Yasuo
If you're against Yasuo, you're pretty much fucked. Wind wall can block all of your Missiles and he can dash right on top of you and you can't do much about it.
Zed
You can zone Zed hard early game and if he uses Death Mark kite with Valkyrie and Missile Barrage immediately. Rushing an Hourglass can be helpful.
Ziggs
By dodging Bouncing Bomb and Mega Inferno Bomb, Corki can beat Ziggs in lane.
