Hello again! This is a huge theory build that did work in a custom 1v1, but I have not played it in enough in actual games to come to a conclusion. I did refine and tweak this in a practice tool so be warned for taking this in to actual games!
Practice tool damage
so what I have come to is that you want to fight in your turrets for the 3 stacks of conqueror, then e>w and pelt with autos to maximize the trade. The reason I chose top for this build is in laning phase other mages or ranged champs will demolish you, so going top and bringing cut down will create the most annoying build I can think off other than full AP comet or electrocute.
