PASSIVE
Surging Tides
When Nami's Abilities hit allied champions they gain Move Speed for a short duration.
Q
Aqua Prison
Sends a bubble to a target area, dealing damage and stunning all enemies on impact.
W
Ebb and Flow
Unleashes a stream of water that bounces back and forth between allied and enemy champions, healing allies and damaging enemies.
E
Tidecaller's Blessing
Empowers an allied champion for a short duration. The ally's basic attacks and spells deal bonus magic damage and slow the target.
R
Tidal Wave
Summons a massive Tidal Wave that knocks up, slows, and damages enemies. Allies hit gain double the effect of Surging Tides.
In the early game as Nami, your primary focus is to establish lane dominance and support your ADC in securing farm while looking for opportunities to poke and harass the enemy laners.
Position yourself slightly behind your ADC to protect them from enemy engages while staying within range to apply pressure with your abilities.
Start with Ebb and Flow, which can bounce between enemies and allies. Use it to poke enemies when they go for last hits or to heal your ADC if they take damage.
Utilize your basic attacks to harass enemies whenever they step out of position. Nami's empowered auto-attacks from Tidecaller's Blessing can apply a slow, making it easier to land subsequent abilities.
Look for opportunities to trade favorably with the enemy bot lane. Land Aqua Prisonon priority targets, such as the enemy ADC or support, to set up trades in your favor.
Place wards in key locations to track the enemy jungler's movements and prevent ganks. This will allow you to play more aggressively when the enemy jungler is elsewhere on the map.
If the opportunity arises and your ADC is in a safe position, consider roaming to other lanes to provide assistance or set up kills for your team.

Prioritize vision control around objectives such as dragon and rift herald. Place wards in key areas to spot enemy rotations and set up picks or avoid ambushes.
As the laning phase ends, move with your team to secure objectives or respond to skirmishes. Your ability to provide crowd control, sustain, and mobility can greatly influence the outcome of midgame fights.
In teamfights, your primary role is to peel for your carries and keep them alive. Use Aqua Prison to stun threats diving onto your ADC, and utilize Tidal Wave to disengage or catch enemies out of position.
Look for opportunities to engage fights with Tidal Wave if your team has a favorable position or wants to initiate a teamfight. Follow up with your Aqua Prison to lock down priority targets for your team to focus.
Keep an eye on your team's health bars and use Ebb and Flow to heal and buff allies during teamfights. Prioritize healing low-health carries to keep them in the fight longer.
Position yourself behind your frontline but within range to provide support to your team. Stay aware of enemy threats and reposition as needed to avoid being caught out.
Continuously communicate with your team, calling out targets, coordinating engages, and providing information about enemy positioning.
By focusing on these aspects, you can effectively navigate the midgame and teamfights as Nami, leveraging her strengths to support your team and secure victories.
