Choosing to play Milio can be a strategic decision based on your preferred playstyle, team composition, and the strengths that Milio brings to a match.
Milio have a complete kit, with giving you healing, range, move spped, slow and a stun. And with Milio you can play agressive or pasive. And if you wanna start playing support with a secure pick Milio is the one!

These advantages collectively make Milio to contribute to their team's success through healing, utility, and adaptability.

-Big CD
-No Q make him a bot

Understanding these disadvantages is crucial for players looking to maximize Milio's strengths while mitigating his weaknesses. Good positioning, map awareness, and effective use of her abilities are key to overcoming these challenges and contributing to your team's success.

SORCERY

Opting for Summon Aery proves to be the most optimal major keystone for Milio. This is attributed to Aery's ability to augment the damage output when casting Ultra Mega Fire Kick or provide a shield to an ally with Warm Hugs, contingent on your target choice. Furthermore, Summon Aery extends its benefits to shield an ally through Warm Hugs.

Nimbus Cloak we got move speed after using a summener spell, this works very well when we are taking heal, but still a good rune into teamfights.

Transcendence has now been buffed to scale earlier in the game, this helps add a lot to your early Cooldown Reduction.

For a tiny bit more lane pressure Scorch is the best option.

Throughout the laning phase, Milio can adopt an aggressive playstyle against melee matchups. Leveraging the enhanced damage from his basic attacks through Fired Up! .

With the protective shield and movement speed boost from Warm Hugs, Milio enjoys a relatively secure laning phase. Milio remains a mage with limited mobility, lacking dashes or escapes. To mitigate this vulnerability, use of Stealth Ward is crucial.

Milio truly shines in team fights, especially when paired with an hypercarrie to maximize the benefits of Fired Up!.

As the mid-game phase unfolds, it's essential to position yourself near the mid lane, ready to rotate to assist teammates in need.

Prioritize establishing vision around the Dragon area before its spawn. Adopt a cautious approach during team fights. When a skirmish erupts, unleash your ult, Breath of Life, over your teammates.
