When Milio’s abilities touch ally champions, their next attack or ability deals 7 / 11 / 15% of the target's attack damage as additional magic damage (levels 1 / 6 / 9), plus 10-50 (+20% of ability power) magic damage over 1.5 seconds (depending on level).
