Upgraded: An aftershock follows the death ray, dealing 20 / 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 (+80% of ability power) magic damage.
Recast: Viktor manually moves the storm.
Upgraded: The storm moves 25% faster. If the storm damages an enemy that dies afterwards, the storm will grow by 40% and gain 3 seconds of its duration each time (max of 6 increases).
