Devastating Fire: Hwei launches a blazing fast fireball that explodes on the first enemy hit, dealing 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+70% of ability power) plus +3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7% max health magic damage.
Severing Bolt: Hwei strikes over far distances with a delayed lightning bolt, dealing 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 (+25% of ability power) magic damage. Hitting an isolated or immobilized target increases the damage up to 160 / 237.5 / 330 / 437.5 / 560 (+50 / 59.375 / 68.75 / 78.125 / 87.5% of ability power) magic damage, depending on the target's missing health.
Molten Fissure: Hwei unleashes a path of eruptions, dealing 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+20% of ability power) magic damage in an area and leaving behind pools of lava that slow enemies by 30% and deal 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+62.5% of ability power) magic damage per second for 2.5 seconds.
Fleeting Current: Hwei launches a current of swift waters in a line that grants allies 20 / 22.5 / 25 / 27.5 / 30% (+2% per 100 ability power) movement speed.

Gaze of the Abyss: Hwei forms an eye that lingers and provides vision locking onto the first enemy champion that enters and launching a homing missile that roots the first enemy hit for 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.6 / 1.8 / 2 seconds dealing 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+60% of ability power) magic damage.
Crushing Maw: Hwei paints a set of jaws at a target location that drags enemies to the center dealing 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+60% of ability power) magic damage and slowing enemies caught by 40 / 47.5 / 55 / 62.5 / 70% decaying over 1.25 seconds.
Upon completion, the vision shatters, dealing 200 / 300 / 400 (+80% of ability power) magic damage.
