This is an amazing item with Sunfirecape makes sure that any champion below 40% health gets grievous wounds.

This is becoming one of my favorite items, especially on Dominion. If a Champ is AP-based and I have no idea what I'm doing, Boots of Speed + Fiendish Codex is always a good starting set.

Definately Great for most supports. Especially after They made it Upgrade from kage's luck. I personally prefere the other upgrades for kage's in most cases. But if They have alot of heals on support or others, and carriers with the summoner spell, this is an exellent counter for that. If i Get this as support though(Maninly Janna/taric) i have to redo my build abit so i dont go over the cdr cap.
