Recast: Skarner ends Shattered Earth and throws his boulder, dealing 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+0.9 per bonus attack damage) (+3% of his bonus health) (+8% of the target's maximum health) physical damage, and additionally slowing the first enemy hit and any other surrounding enemies by 40% for 1 second.
Colliding into a wall with an enemy in tow deals 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+1.2 per bonus attack damage) (+6% of his maximum health) physical damage to the enemy and stuns them for 1 second.
Skarner can Recast this ability to end his charge early. Successful wall collisions reduce this ability's cooldown by 35%.
If Skarner hits at least one champion he gains 40% movement speed for 1.5 seconds.
If Shattered Earth is active, Skarner will cast Upheaval first.

Worst Champion Ever?
I was always curious who people thought was the worst lol champion. Personally I thought Skarner, but I was curious what everyone else thought. I started to think that Azir was the worst, but Skarner is still the worst in my books.
Is hybrid Skar a thing?
Is hybrid Skarner viable? I was thinking about: Hextech-Guinosso-Nashor-Liandry-Randuin/Spirit-Sorc Boots and maxing Q, then equal W+E.

If a Skarner and Thresh are on the same team, can Skarner use his ultimate on an enemy, and then click Thresh's lantern to move?
