Devastating Fire: Hwei launches a blazing fast fireball that explodes on the first enemy hit, dealing 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 (+80% of ability power) plus +3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7% max health magic damage.

Severing Bolt: Hwei strikes over far distances with a delayed lightning bolt, dealing 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+30% of ability power) magic damage. Hitting an isolated or immobilized target increases the damage up to 120 / 201.875 / 302.5 / 421.875 / 560 (+60 / 71.25 / 82.5 / 93.75 / 105% of ability power) magic damage, depending on the target's missing health.

Molten Fissure: Hwei unleashes a path of eruptions, dealing 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 (+30% of ability power) magic damage in an area and leaving behind pools of lava that slow enemies by 35% and deal 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+60% of ability power) magic damage per second for 2.5 seconds.
