So first of all you definitely need more coding or else your guide is going to get spammed with down votes for being a wall of text. You have some good information to present but you have to do so in a manner that invites the audience and holds their attention.
Generally, it is not received well on here or other guide sites to include more than 6 end tier items in your suggested build. While players understand that it is a suggested item pool to draw from based on each individual game, it clogs the guide preview on the search list and makes people less likely to click on yours to view your full guide. So just have the 6 final items in the suggest general build and then add a separate item section for "defensive options" or "situational items" or w/e.
I also don't exactly agree with your runes and masteries, though I don't think they're terrible. I just have different preferences and I feel you can get more power out of optimizing them a bit. On Syndra I run the Hybrid Pen Marks, 5 Health Seals, and 4 Flat Armor Seals like you have listed. But for Glyphs and Quints I run 3 Flat MR Glyphs, 6 Flat CDR Glyphs, and 3 Flat AP Quints. This gives me 15 AP, 5% CDR, and 4 MR compared to your 4.5% MS and 11 AP.
While I don't think your masteries are necessarily wrong or bad I think they lack sustain and make you overly reliant on health potions. These are the masteries I run on most AP Mids with a focus on sustain:
I would also suggest moving the pros / cons section up near the top right after the introduction as you have to convince readers why they should play syndra before you explain to them how to play her.
