Devastating Fire: Hwei launches a blazing fast fireball that explodes on the first enemy hit, dealing 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+70% of ability power) plus +4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8% max health magic damage.
Severing Bolt: Hwei strikes over far distances with a delayed lightning bolt, dealing 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 (+25% of ability power) magic damage. Hitting an isolated or immobilized target increases the damage up to 160 / 237.5 / 330 / 437.5 / 560 (+50 / 59.375 / 68.75 / 78.125 / 87.5% of ability power) magic damage, depending on the target's missing health.
Molten Fissure: Hwei unleashes a path of eruptions, dealing 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+30% of ability power) magic damage in an area and leaving behind pools of lava that slow enemies by 30% and deal 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+62.5% of ability power) magic damage per second for 2.5 seconds.
