i used both, i honestly prefer armour pen, because you gott win bot lane, and although its easier to cs with AD armour pen does make Q hit harder, your enemies will 99% of the time have armour seals(+9) +3 from defence masteries(maybe) + taric/soraka etc armour buffs, full armour pen, triforce is strong, ezreal falls off late game if you do not get that last whisper though, that item needs to be built or he gets real weak.

Although the build and guide looks good and solid I am not a 100% sure of the build's effectiveness.

This came after I played against a random Ezreal in solo queue.He did had flad AD runes and copypasted your whole purchase order in general.

I was using a random build of mine.Starting with 31 arp.

He got crushed. I don't know if that outcome came because of his playstyle, but my defenetly hurted a lot more during the whole game.

Anyway if I buy the AD runes I'm gonna give it a try.
