I find myself getting Sunfire a lot, but that doesn't seem to be a high-Elo move. Is it just too hard to stay in the fight long enough for it to pay off?

Admittedly, in Silver-level play, a lot of the time you will want to run of with your Mobi Boots and push a lane real quick because it's being neglected. Maybe that's not as much of an issue in Gold+.
