I'll agree with Soulb4ne, Clarity worked very very well. It gave me the extra mana I needed early game to heal while holding a tower 1v2 and to keep Radiance up for even longer during late game team battles. Plus your team will love you more if you're healing their HP and MP :P

Why did it say a 4 sec stun on the dazzle? doesn't it only go 2 sec?

good guide BUT i had some serious mana problems putting Clarity as a summoners spell would make it better

This worked well for me in first game hot 3/2/14 which is perfect for taric! also allowed me to tank turrets which swung the game in our favour!
