I'm not the right one to do this but, I think the point of this build is to eliminate the most common way of playing warwick. With tons of lifesteal and great DMG.
This is a way of saying that you can get healed through your "Q" skill..
But i haven't tried it out, just Theory ;)
your absolutly right. Q with magic pen scales great whole game. If your low and every enemy has a decent amount of MR, you can also target creeps. They heal you up even more.
ur build needs the lifesteal bonus, add bloodthirster or sumthing.
