have you TRIED any other jarvan build? like mine or welsh for instance? i have tried welsh and even thought i dont really like the idea of it i still tried it just to see, and i actually did pretty well with it. try other peoples **** before you downvote them.

U know why i voted no at your build beacause i dont like it or any of the other tank builds/ half tanks Jarvan is made for high AD thats what i say and sorry for that.
