Very nice guide. You should sync items in text with those on images. You speak about boots of speed and have sorc shoes, in top build you have blue crystal and later you have meki image in text. It's confusing, but I understand that your build must differ depending on enemies.
I find heimer very weak against tanks and generally high hp champs. Otherwise he is great for solo laning. He is also very vulnerable for mid ganks when opposite team have jungler, in worst case Eve.
