I slightly disagree with the choice of items.
Either stack armor pen and avoid last whisper or stack dmg/crit/atk speed and get last whisper and/or Madred's to be a more capable anti-tank. But the main role for any carry is foremost to remove the opposing teams carries and mainly casters and melee carries, for this you don't need both last whisper and armor pen imo.

With crit or this armor pen build, piltover is bound to be rendered useless in lategame and turn you into an auto attack bot with a trap. But a build with focus on atk dmg, will be much more useful and ulti also vastly benefit from atk dmg.

If you want an armor pen champion I'd suggest a champion that doesn't depend much of extra atk dmg. Like Tris, Ashe, vayne or Corki.
Play on the strengths of the champion not the weaknesses.

But maybe I'm the only one who has that opinion.

You are an idiot. The mastery adds 4% physical and magic damage. It applies to total damage, not base. Hence if a ability did 100 Damage the skill would add 4. End game if an ability did 1000 it would add 40.

These masteries are 19/0/11. Why? Because going 21 into the offensive section is pointless, it adds +5 damage to whatever your base damage is (so usually its around an extra 5 damage) which doesnt amount to much. Putting more points into support helps your mid to late game, with extra buff duration and some gold. Much more important than adding 5 damage to your auto attacks.

4% of total damage now. I think you'd be good running 21-0-9 now.

if havoc has been reworked to where it doesnt suck anymore, i'll go change the build around a bit. from what i have seen, it is actually useful now. ill let everyone know when the build gets updated again

Actually, havoc has been changed so that it does account for total dmg. Also black cleaver reduces the effectiveness of last whisperer.
