Also: The items you have listed here only give you 40% CDR, not including blue buff. So you don't really take advantage of the fact that you have the 45% CDR mastery. Maybe add something like a Lich Bane? - gives AP, Mana, CDR, plus the Sheen passive for your AA inbetween spells.

Do you know what runes are xD. 10% CDR plus 20% and 10% makes its 45% CDR

My only questions on this build are the fact that your "in depth" guide on the masteries don't coincide with the choices you took in build one/two. You talk about taking points into Ferocity, but never talk about taking points into Resolve. You also don't really explain why you do/don't do these.

Never mentioned that this guide was in depth. If I did I apologize. Second, reasoning behind not telling do/dont do this or that is because most of this guide was to give players a choice of preference. Like the masteries, you can put points into ferocity or resolve. They both work really well with Ryze and is all based on preference and how you play. There are also two builds for no CDR dmg build and 45% CDR build. I tell the reader which one is better but I give them a choice off preference.
