Love this build, only thing I do differently is go for Frozen Mallet at the end of the build, instead of Phantom Dancer..

Every good Mundo buys a Warmogs. If you don't like Warmogs, you're playing the wrong character.

you should get downvoted so many times for this

a frozen mallet works just as wel (if not better) + give you a slow if you fighting in a creap wave/ jungle / someone with a blink (why you maybe miss a cleaver)

I picked up a Force of Nature instead of an atma's; does that seem like a viable replacement item?
I have to admit, its extremely satisfying to always a green "+ 25" glowing above my head

Use Heal instead of Rally, Move Improved Exhaust into Archmage's Savvy, move Improved Rally into Brute Force, and move a point into Mender's Faith. Best games with Mundo EVER with that setup. Anyways, great job. <3 +1

Oh and ghost is fail, imo, as your ult ghost you w/o the no unit collision. Ghost+ult won't get you engaged better than just ult almost ever, as you're ghosted already and you have cleavers to slow them. Exhaust is just better, as it keeps them around, rather than getting you there, somthing you already excel at. Ghost can help for escapes, but you shouldn't have to escape too often, your cd on your ult is low, it escapes better and you could have another spell instead. I use cleanse instead of ghost, as its cd is lower and it will get you away, if only for long enough to ult. Many people say treads make it unnecessary, but the percent reductions don't stack flat, so with treads you're up to about 48% red, going up to around 81% with the cleanse buff on, making cc absolutely useless in the time after, whereas cc messes with the duration of ghost. Exhaust makes ghost mean less, whereas with cleanse it's opposite. Another big advantage to cleanse outside of ranked is novelty, as it isn't a summoner spell that works well on everyone. But yeah, ghost is unnecessary on mundo. Absolutely so, unless you want to do nothing but gank. And is that really your job?

I like the build. Play it from time to time. Arp is strictly better, numbers-wise. Also isn't random, making your early game worse. The problem I have with the build is you're a one-trick pony.
You are great against turrets, which is what gets you my +1, but honestly your farming isn't up to mundo standard, imo. Farming with mundo comes best from agony. Agony won't burn you to death if you are at all cognizant. It uses ap because both cleaver and it can be buffed by magic pen and it WILL melt people with a .28 ratio per sec and little to no cost on the character, as long as you don't leave it on like a jackass. It's basically a 4 sec cd aoe spell. Magic pen runes make cleavers hit significantly harder throughout the game and, as you said, cleavers are mundo.
While the build pushes like a mother (something I love doing with mundo) and has as much pressure, I don't think that it wins out in team fights, the place, imo, where games are won and lost. A build that must autoattack on a tank is questionable, as it doesn't allow you the maneuverability you need to control the fight to keep squishies alive and requires you to commit. Aoe is better on him, as it allows you to move the fight with you instead of moving with the fight. I love ad mundo, but I think he's just a novelty, a fad for people who enjoy the ease of autoattacking someone away while the someone can't do anything about it. Try making them melt. Farms better, fights better.
Always coming back to the main point though: pushing. This mundo pushes like a freak, often requiring the team to send other lanes' assistance, as he can harass them at their turret and has unlimited laning time thanks to ult+no mana. This mundo is also better on the run, as masochism is much better while being chased. Love the tele and the rally for even more pushing madness. Love the use of tele to escape, something I enjoy laughing about when I do it. Yeah, great guide, just an old, opinionated mundo player throwing in his cents :D

Ive been looking for a tank that could put out a good bit of damage. I was like " eh chogath.... shen? hate ninjas...rammus? not fun enuff." i came across mundo in a 3s and saw that nothing could stop this monster from doin w.e it was he was doin. decided to blindly play him but could never figure out a solid build. i came across this build and i had a complete blast. thanks to this build i finally found my main tank for rated matches. +1 for the sentimental feeling i have for you lol.
