Knight's vow is a lackluster compared to the power level of Redemption and Locket. I'd go for Redemption + Locket rush. Rest of the items don't really matter after that.

Ok I tried the locket and yes it's pretty good. I would still rush my iceborn because I perfer a bigger mana pool and more armor early than health and mana regen.

Redemption is an item I never go on leona due to her not giving a shield or heal and it doesn't give enough tank stats for me. However it's such a good item as you said that I am considering adding it right now.
