Maybe gunblade could be a nice choice as it combo with lichbane and the W spell.

Can I use Gathering Storm instead of Scorch ? I feel like it'll serve me more later on because late game scorch won't deal that much more damage than if i had let's say 40 more AP.

Heads up, you should probably edit the runes and masteries sections, considering you have the old runes in place and still have masteries listed. Not quite fully updated.

Twisted Fate is a powerful champion, but underrated if you ask me. He has no lethal potential in lane because you see him coming, try see that yellow card coming in a team fight, I DARE YOU!! :D
Anyway the cdr is meant to further abuse the w+aa+q+thunderlord combo and make it happen more often. After TF wastes his kit people tend to try and murder him before his cd is up and the yellow card comes out flying. This guide is pretty detailed and explained the match-ups. Also thanks to this guide I am thinking of finishing most tf builds with RAPID FIRE CANNON! :D
