Tried this build out, as long as you are playing smart and keeping an eye on things, this works!

Please tell me what made you die in the first game so hard. Wasn't it a plain vision ward? :P
There is so much wrong with your rant, I don't even want to begin...

But... at least a few major screw ups in your logic...

1) The build is not the only thing that builds a champion, you have to get comfortable with a champ and a concrete playstyle to be good.

2) Just because you did not do a good job with this guide does not mean it can never work.

3) Your expunge should hit for 300 even if you have no ap at all, so that's a bit of fail right there...

Anyways.... I like the idea, at least as far as nashor's tooth, guinsoo's rageblade, hextech gunblade. Deathfire Grasp and Rabaddons are probably good, but I would like to see a bloodthrister and a frozen mallet, maybe... you know... just a bit more of survivability. or maybbe rylais and will of the ancients if you want to stay true to the ap build, but.... meh....

Moaz you should never make a build again, this build sucked so hard that i played a game and almost uninstalled LoL because of it. I mean what the hell went through your head to think "hmm, I think that i'm going to build one of the squishiest, slowest, characters in the game to be a nuke after he auto-attacks for several sconds". This guide would work thousands of times better on evelyn, at least she gets to instantly nuke her opponents rather than have to hit them several times first. Honestly, I made a Mobafire account just so i could rate this build down. All in all, if I could summarize how bad this build is (which is quite hard, all things considered) in one sentance, I would say "I once thougt that AP/Nuke builds for characters were the best (eg. Teemo, Yi), then I tried this build and decided Riot might as well not give Twitch the ability to get AP so guides like this dont get made".

Edit: And I read the intro, I know this is your first guide, so let me explain myself. The reason that Twitch cant be built as a nuke is that he has too little health, as soon as he appears in a team fight everybody will focus him so badly that at the very most he will get one stack of poison on each (because of his ulti) and MAYBE be able to hit expunge for like 300 dmg at high levels, which is next to nothing at that point.
2nd edit: Also, to show you why I so strongly dislike this guide, I went 0/8/~5 on the game where I used this guide, then I played another game, just buying gear as I saw fit and went 19/0/11

I rated the build +1. I am not to sure anout the +1 gold mastery. I am of the opinion that you can get more for your point than that. I am glad to see other people aren't against the gold per second items. Some players farm fast and I wouldn't use them on those toons but a Twitch that is not mid may end up doing some stealth trying to catch the other laners and his laning mate may end up getting all the minion kills so the AP gold per second can be helpful.

+1, try getting a sheen early, then building it into a lich bane later on for even more bursty burst

Well I think it is. I did a lot of looking before I stated my guide, and I think it is. Until I get mine out >:) I like this though. It looks like fun
