The 2 main boots i go for are Merc treads and berserkers.
Usually I go merc because the other team usually has a decent amount of cc's.
However, if they dont have that many cc's or u know u can avoid those snares etc.
then go for berserkers for sure. It really helps out and synergizes with ur items

Hey, I tried this build, and it was super effective! I was taking down tanks in a few seconds. As well those harrassment techniques helped me dominate my lane and the tips on farming helped me boost my CS greatly. +1

As I explained in my explanation part, this build is neither AP nor AD. Instead it is AS mixed with magic damage from items. getting more AD/AP helps but is unnecessary in this build. Nashor's tooth is completely uncessary for teemo as you already have mana regen and cooldown from runes. Thanks for the +1 though!

I put a Boots of Speed in the item build, but didnt put the upgrade because I explained in my build, the different boots you can get. Merc treads, beserker greaves, cooldown boots, depending on the situation of the game, I find too many people just look at the item build and follow it word for word. Also, I agree that lifesteal does help with laning, but it requires you to attack more, where u should really be focusing on last hitting and harrassing. Even 1 shot of toxic is good harrass. Your masteries is more for AP build, but items is AD/AP. If you want AP build Malady is not enough. You need Nashor's tooth or something like that. Still i gona give you + i think.

just a confusion ... i know u got teleport so u can farm more but don't u think that u should get boots ... i think u missed that one out ..
also giving a decent life steal in the beginning will not hurt as it will give u more laning ablility meaning teemo more gold ...
