Hmm I know you said that "if you don't like, don't comment", I just feel like I NEED to give you some tips.
First of all... why get Heal?? you could use that slot for a lot of other spells. You said "this build is mainly for pure assasining", therefore Heal is a rather bad choice of spell.
Second, runes are ok IMO but you should add them to the cheat sheet, cause you can't see the real final stats =/
Third, your build sequence is AWFULLY wrong, I mean... why get Unspeakable Horror at level 10??? You aren't getting it's passive atk.speed OR the amazing shield which helps you survive against CC.
Which brings me to another subject... items. You've got NOTHING to survive there, and since you don't get Unspeakable Horror till lvl10, you will probably get killed in less than a sec, you won't even be able to gank, and dear god you WILL suffer if you get ganked. Until you get your B.F Sword for Bloodthirster you've got NO damage, so you won't be getting any kills, nor you will get your so called "assasin damage".
And your masteries =/ you get 3 useless points in Archmage's Savvy, but you get no points in Sunder Armor... are you nuts?? you won't be doing damage at all. You will just stay there hitting for miserable damage, being ignored till the end of fights and then getting killed in 2 hits.
You never explain items in your entire guide. And I must repeat about Unspeakable Horror... "Acctually I really dont use this skill that much. I rather maximize other skills because this skill is not giving you a guarantee kill." This really shows up you don't know how to play Nocturne =/ no wonder you "died using my guide".
You really need to put some more work on this guide man =/
So please, before you go voting other guides down, learn to play your champion well, and don't vote down without giving a good reason. Some people (not you) really put a lot of time in their guides, respect that.

You don't have damage till you get your first Bloodthrister
You get a Panthom Dancer: Why do you get it? You need more critical chance if you want to make damage with critical hits, and if you buy it for your attack speed it's done bad. With the passive of Shround of Darkness you have enought AS!
You get a Malady: I have explained you what about AS. And have I to say why AP isn't good for Nocturne?
You get a Thornmail: Why are you buying that if you still don't have damage and Nocturne is an Assasin. This armour won't make you stay alive because you don't have HP and you don't have damage to take HP from your lifesteal.
I have to gave my Thimb Down cause there is no reason for using this build
