What are your thoughts on when you take Jak'Sho instead of Heartsteel when playing top lane?

For example, I'm thinking Jak'Sho is the better pick when facing teemo top lane. Played a game with Teemo, Lillia, Oriana, and AP shaco supp on enemy team. This probably would have been a great scenario to take Jak'sho.

Well i think that jak'sho is great on him it give more sustain overall with the armor/mr and the kind life drain however without hearsteel you loose Q size, hp, ap (if you have demonic) and the damage from the hearsteel stack.
So you can use the jak'sho it will make you tankier, the problem is that you loose a great amount of damage / shield allowing you less likely to kill the enemy by yourself. :)

Hello karmachou , the guide is fine exept from 1 section , the items ! can you clean that up a bit more? Because right now you have listed almost every item , i would much rather see the best options + some situational items instead of the endless list of going ad core vs ap vs heartsteel core etc.

I used to play tahm kench in the jungle, or mid. do you think it will be pertinent to do 1 single core build for heach lane ? should i do 4 set group for each role and then put core, best option and situational items ? i really dont know whatt kind of format people like the most.

About items, i thought about that and i dont have a "style" yet, it was my first guide so i'm trying stuffs... so i will gladly try what you told me ! Moreover, if you want me to add other thing tell me, you look like you know more tahm kech than me so i wont get upset if you think i'm wrong about something (cuz i dont otp this big fish)
