Very nice build, so detailed!! First game went 13/2/9 and they surrendered at 30 mins! Awesome dmg build.
As a Twitch player I have always wanted to test out Evelynn because they share similar traits, and this guide is just a great intro! Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I'm excited to (when I can afford it, stupid IP haha) experiment around with AP per level runes. The more I think about it the better idea it is, because all AP per level runes start receiving dividends (above the straight AP bonus) at level 6.

I'm thinking possibly Marks and Quints for straight out AP, and Seals and Glyphs for AP per level.

Very nice guide, I think AP per level is mush better for everything but quints because they break even at level 6 which is about when you should start ganking. Also I used this with a 9/0/21 and flash instead of ignite, went quite well.
