After all huge nerfs for him this build is less likely to work good as it did before, since health tranfsormation into ability power is now 40 instead of 25. Because of that, a second Rylai's loses most of it's points and it's more viable to get a Rabadon's.

It's good but I feel you could sell Haunting guise for another Rylai's scepter while at it for end game.

I agree. would be a great replacement for one of those. There's hardly any MRes in the build, and the aura stacks well with all the flat MRes reduction/penetration, totaling to 60. I haven't run the numbers, but the resistance and the aura probably contribute more damage and survival, and that's before you even take the aura's teamfight potential into account.

Would you ever take out haunting guise during late game? And dose the temp items that raise hp add to his passive?

I suck at Vlad BUT 11-0-7 first game with this build.........That clown mask thing makes a difference :)

i got a question, since Zhonya's Ring isn't available anymore, what is a good alternative item for vlad?

97hp at lvl 1 is diffrence between life or death, for me those quints are good for every champ and vlad needs some help at low lvls (very high cd)

I have a question, why everybody use quintaesence of fortitude an not choose quintaesence of ap? i know that in vlad more life is more ap but whit 3 quintaesences you get 90 hp... i believe is beter ap quintaesence.
