-1. you need to get some sort of hard cc cleanse otherwise the other team will just save one and burst you down (hiya annie... wait, what is that? is that a bear?!!? AAAH!!!!). also dont get AS early on. get it after you're damage items or at least one. don't level alpha strike after rank 3 your skill order for 1-10 should be Q>E>W>Q>E>R>Q>E>E>E. this gives you the early alpha strike advangtage but gets you the Wuju style almost as close. what would you prefer, 70 AD= 2k+ worth gold or 200 magic damage on a 10 sec CD. did I mention that plus your highlander you're DPS plus Wuju style explodes? you don't need 2 items completely dedicated to AS. I'd get just Phantom dancer and be done. plus you don't need so much sustain ability. you're an assasin. you should be able to clean up jump kill their carries and get out. ergo, more damage, not more AS. needs a lot of improvement

EXAMPLES:
Someone on your team already has a Stark's....what item would you recommend instead?

The other team has a lot of magic damage, is it ok to grab a wit's end or hexdrinker to give you some security?

You should be adapting your build based on the game anyways...that's something a lot of people don't seem to understand, but in particular you should give options for very specific (and often common) situations...

Stacking AS at beginning with yi is typical n00b feature for majority guide makers, also greaves are in 99% games very bad idea for boots choice.

You also write about building him right, while you know so little about him...

Now as probably all your friends already gave you +1, it's time to face the reality.

I agree with the other guys about the boots.
But I usually don't buy boots and get an extra pair of PhantomDancer's instead, since it does give movement spd and more attack speed..

i recently bought a bunch of ias runes after looking at strelo's stuff, so im currently testing those.

in regards to your summoner skills. ignite on yi is like putting clarity on shen! yi is a chaser! ignite is for tagging people you cant catch. hes got alpha strike and highlander for this reason. this is also why you always use ghost.the ONLY summoner spells you should EVER see on yi are: GHOST/SMITE/EXHAUST/CLEANSE depending on what you are doing. perhaps you are initiating with alpha strike?

boots are hit or miss,i almost always go with merc treads, but ive had many positive experiences with bsks. but do you need that much attack speed? honestly, if you are going with ias runes,ias boots, 2 ias items to start...you would almost just be better tossing any of one of those items and getting somthing else. maybe merc treads or swiftness boots.
