Meihara: I've tried just about all the Akali's, and I found that trying to balance it isn't as great as it seems. Spiking out a high amount of AP with MagPen runes seemed to be the best thing I've seen. I don't really mind voting it down, it's mainly a reference to myself because I always forget my build anyways :\

DarkAnima: You can switch out Mejais for just about anything if you think about it. And I always laughed about people who start with Lich Bane... get the extra what, 60 attack damage with the effect? Haha. Thank you again for the comment.

Niko: You shouldn't troll other's builds, especially with the build you have kid.

Very good item Build! I almost always buy these (besides mejais because I don´t like stack items) when I play Akali and it´s made for pure awesomeness^^

Very good things that other builds do wrong: HP boost from Rylais early, because her squishiness is really bad and a Lich Bane AFTER Rabadons (I don´t get why i should buy it without much ap^^). Alos important is the early Hextech Revolver! Really nice build :P

It looks nice and im sure AP akali has her place, but as a hybrid character, I feel she should have a balance between AD and AP. I play Akali a lot myself and I've tried leaning hr to pure AD and to pure AP. Neither worked for me as well as balancing the two out.

But im sure this fits to SOMEONE'S playstyle. Its a balanced AP build, I'm sorry I'm voting it down though.

Was wondering why not put that random point in Atk spd mastery to Ghost upgrade since you're getting ghost anyways?

Nonetheless, +1 for a short & sweet guide.

What a good idea, looks like something to look into. Thanks for the advice, gonna try this out and probably make the change.

I like that your runes aren't the typical kinds that others go for. Really like the item choices, runes and masteries. Your summoner skills and masteries are very similar to the Akali guide I have, though my guide isn't as popular as yours. Was wondering why not put that random point in Atk spd mastery to Ghost upgrade since you're getting ghost anyways?

Nonetheless, +1 for a short & sweet guide.
