good guide if only a small change from the guide that spawned it. i prefer to have another magic pen item. spell vamp is pretty good on her just because of her sustained damage abilities, but not a necessity. ihave always like archangels on her for what should be the obvious reason (supplying you with all the mana you will need, highest mana regen p5 item, easy unique to stack while always spamming skills, and a nice chunk of ap) so i dont know what the previous poster was talking about.

I'll consider that, thank you. Yeah I'm pretty stubborn when it comes to my Cass and spell vamp I definitely don't spec into, but I shall consider your idea.

Sorry, decent build but archangel is useless for cass, she doesnt need MUCH mana, she needs regen and ability power, also after the new patch, u might consider will of the ancients , since it has some pretty nice spell vamp and cass´s DoTs work great with it. I tried playing her this way few days back, and its not bad but shes really better when built different
