Yeah, thinking about archiving this build, as I've just been running the Fiendish Codex/Hextech Revolver thing with as much if not more success.

I like this build, ignite and flash are the best on brand for sure :))

you explained skill combos nicely. but item wise... in most games i play (normal, lvl 30), i get all the mana i need from manaregen runes and a chalice of harmony. that item is just crazy on brand. it is really cheap, and gives you all the mana you need early game, and if you get into trouble, you can always get that golem, and get something around 200 mp5 when out of mana :D or just buy the archangels when you get time later...

I haven't really tried rylai's, but after reading your guide, i want to give it a try. i was using hextech revolver instead, which kept me in lane forever. when i got a bit low on health, i just blasted some minions to hell... other than that, your items are same as mine.

Consider the chalice with the revolver, and i will consider the tear with the scepter :D

Really like the detailed skill combo explanations. Not quite how I build him item wise but I'm willing to try something new

Except maybe try changing your masteries..
The 1 gold per 10 secs isnt really worth it. Thats 240 gold for a 40 min game.. i think that got no use ^^

Ha, thanks for the head's up. I never really thought about how little gold I was actually getting from this.

But on the other hand, what else am I going to put that last point into? With this build, I can pretty much let other people grab the buffs, so an extra 15% duration isn't going to go all that far. I think of Greed as a ward fund; in a typical game of decent length, that extra free 200-300 gold helps dampen the financial impact of buying wards all the time.

Really nice guide!! I sometimes use Mejais to if they enemy team is slacking and feeding.. But like you said you get a cross on your body and you will be a target! So it totally depends on my own team.
Rest of your item build is the same as i most of the time use.. except for Banshees. Now that i read your guide Im gonna try it! Big +1 from me!

I guess people with crabs don't appreciate jokes made at their expense.

Your Guide is pretty good but i don't agree with your itembuild because i think that archangel's staff isn't the right item for Brand. Your manaproblem is big, that's right but your skillcombination needs nearly 300 - 400 mana and if you deal careful with that it won't run out.

To justify my choice of Archangel's Staff a little further: With this item, you'll get 45 AP PLUS 100/115 (assuming you bought Banshee's Veil) from mana, for a total of 160 AP, which is about as much AP as you can hope for from a single item.

I'd make the expierience that im everytime out of skills if i need them really. So i take also morello's.

This hasn't been my experience, so I don't buy Morello's. But if it had, I'm sure I would agree with you.

In my opinion you should take the void staff becaus the [magicpenetration] helps you a lot in lategame.

Well, MagPen can be good late-game, if everyone is stacking Magic Resist. But if they aren't (and frequently they aren't stacking enough after Sorcerer's Shoes, Marks, and Quints) But in games where nobody has stacked up big Magic Resist--after all, percentage penetration has diminishing results the less defense is put up--you'll be short-changing yourself on AP by buying Void Staff. It's a good item in the right situations, but lackluster in the wrong ones, so that's why I listed in my alternatives.

All in all thanks for the thorough feedback! I'll definitely play around with Morello's some more and see how I like it.
