Any reason you're running 6 of each rune instead of 9?

Ashe doesn't need Clarity, especially with that much mana regen from your runes. Ghost/Flash is much better.

Tiamat is pointless. It's a terrible item. Guinsoo's Rageblade is pointless as well as she garners no benefits from the AP and barely profits from the tiny amount of AD and AS it gives you.

Mercury's Treads are far superior to Boots of Swiftness because of how vulnerable Ashe is to CC.

You should be rushing Infinity Edge before Phantom Dancer because it increases your DPS substantially.

You don't have nearly enough survivability with 70 armor and 30 magic resist and you'll get taken down instantly. I highly recommend a Banshee's Veil or a Guardian Angel late-game.

I guarantee that you'll have a lot more success with those changes - if you want any more detail, there's actually an Ashe build in my signature that basically details the above changes.

Your skilling order is very good and your marks and quints are solid, along with the mastery tree. Good work on that.
